Cancelling your Monthly Pass
Cancelling within 14 days of purchase. You may cancel your Monthly Pass within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. To exercise your right to cancel, you should inform us through your Hussle account or by contacting our Customer Service team at info@hussle.com, or by returning the Model Cancellation Form. Cancelling your Monthly Pass will cancel any additional benefits you may have associated with this Pass.
We will refund you for the cost of the Monthly Pass subject to an administration fee if the Pass has been used within this initial 14 day period. This fee will be calculated by multiplying the price of a Day Pass for the Partner Venue by the number of visits made to the Partner Venue prior to cancellation. For instance, if you attended a Partner Venue once before cancelling your Monthly Pass and the Partner Venue’s Day Pass is £10, an administration fee of £10 will be taken from your refund.
Cancelling after 14 days of purchase. So long as a minimum period does not currently apply to your membership, you can cancel your Monthly Pass and avoid paying your next Monthly Renewal Payment at any time until the day before your Monthly Renewal Payment is due. So, if your Monthly Renewal Payment is due on the 30th of the month, the last day you may cancel it is the 28th.
Cancelling your Corporate Monthly Passes (Purchased via benefits.hussle via employee benefits)
Some Corporate Monthly Passes are subject to a minimum term of 3 months. Within this minimum term you will be unable to cancel your pass, other than within the first 14 days of purchase. You may cancel your Corporate Monthly Pass within the last month of your minimum term by emailing info@hussle.co.uk. You will still be able to use your Corporate Monthly Pass until the end of your minimum term. If you are subject to a minimum term, this will be made clear to you upon purchasing a Corporate Monthly Pass.

If a Minimum Term applies, once the Minimum Term has expired, you can cancel your Corporate Monthly Pass at any time by providing us with 30 days’ notice. If the expiration of your notice period does not align with your Monthly Renewal Payment you will be charged a final fee for the days your Corporate Monthly Pass was still valid. To exercise your right to cancel, you should inform us through your Hussle account or by contacting our Customer Service team at info@hussle.com, or by returning the Model Cancellation Form.
Day Passes
You may cancel your Day Pass within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. To exercise your right to cancel, you should inform us through your Hussle account or by contacting our Customer Service team at info@hussle.com, or by returning the Model Cancellation Form. We will refund the price paid if the pass was not used at any of our Partner Venues.
So long as a minimum period does not currently apply to the pass, you may cancel it after 14 days of purchase. To exercise your right to cancel, you should inform us through your Hussle account or by contacting our Customer Service team at info@hussle.com, or by returning the Model Cancellation Form. Refunds for One Day Passes are in the form of bonus credit, which can be used to purchase any of our Passes. Once used, a One Day Pass may not be refunded.

If you are contacting us via email please provide your passcode. We will make any refunds you may be entitled to as soon as possible and in any event no later than 14 days after we confirmed the refund value.
