Monthly Pass: Cancelling within 14 days of purchase date
In accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your Monthly Pass within 14 days of purchase. Here are a few options for you to consider:
- Log into your Hussle account and go to Settings > Manage My Pass > Cancel
- Contact Customer Service at info@hussle.com (include your passcode)
- Return the Model Cancellation Form (available at www.hussle.com/legal/terms)
If you have used the pass during this 14-day period, an administration fee will be deducted from your refund. This is calculated based on the number of visits multiplied by the Day Pass rate of the Partner Venue. For instance, if you attended a Partner Venue once before cancelling your Monthly Pass and the Partner Venue’s Day Pass is £10, an administration fee of £10 will be taken from your refund. Cancelling your Monthly Pass will cancel any additional benefits you may have associated with this Pass.
Monthly Pass: Cancelling after 14 days of purchase date
So long as a minimum period does not currently apply to your membership, you can cancel your Monthly Pass and avoid paying your next Monthly Renewal Payment at any time until the day before your Monthly Renewal Payment is due. So, if your Monthly Renewal Payment is due on the 30th of the month, the last day you may cancel it is the 28th. Here are a few options for you to consider:
- Log into your Hussle account and go to Settings > Manage My Pass > Cancel

- Return the Model Cancellation Form (available at www.hussle.com/legal/terms)
Corporate Monthly Pass: Cancelling within 14 days of purchase date (purchased via benefits.hussle via employee benefits)
In accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your Monthly Pass within 14 days of purchase. Here are a few options for you to consider:
- Log into your Hussle account and go to Settings > Manage My Pass > Cancel
- Contact Customer Service at info@hussle.com (include your passcode)
- Return the Model Cancellation Form (available at www.hussle.com/legal/terms)
We will refund you for the cost of the Corporate Monthly Pass subject to an administration fee if the Pass has been used within this initial 14 day period. This fee will be calculated by multiplying the price of a Day Pass for the Partner Venue by the number of visits made to the Partner Venue prior to cancellation. For instance, if you attended a Partner Venue once before cancelling your Corporate Monthly Pass and the Partner Venue’s Day Pass is £10, an administration fee of £10 will be taken from your refund. Cancelling your Monthly Pass will cancel any additional benefits you may have associated with this Pass.
If a Minimum Term applies, you may cancel your Corporate Monthly Pass at any time after the Minimum Term has ended by providing 30 days’ notice. However, you still have the option to cancel within the first 14 days of purchase. If the expiration of your notice period does not align with your Monthly Renewal Payment you will be charged a final fee for the days your Corporate Monthly Pass was still valid. You can exercise your right to cancel by:

Day Passes: Cancelling within 14 days of purchase date
In accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your Day Pass within 14 days of purchase. Here are a few options for you to consider:

- Contact Customer Service at info@hussle.com (include your passcode)
- Return the Model Cancellation Form (available at www.hussle.com/legal/terms)
Day Passes: Cancelling after 14 days of purchase date
So long as a minimum period does not currently apply to the pass, you may cancel it after 14 days of purchase. Refunds for Day Passes are in the form of bonus credit, which can be used to purchase any of our Passes. Once used, a One Day Pass may not be refunded.

If you are contacting us via email please provide your passcode. We will make any refunds you may be entitled to as soon as possible and in any event no later than 14 days after we confirmed the refund value.
