Overview of the Bupa Offer

  • Pass Description: The Monthly+ Pass is a rolling pass that will give you access to your chosen club, and any other gym on our website that offers the Monthly+ Pass at the same price or lower. For example, if you choose a gym that costs £50 per month, you will have access to that gym as well as other gyms on Hussle that cost up to £50). This means our monthly pass is not the same as a regular gym membership, and you don't sign up with a specific club, therefore, the services and activities included can vary between venues.

  • Discount details: The Bupa offer gives customers 40% off the standard price of the Monthly+ Pass. For example, a pass normally priced at £72.00 would cost £43.20 with the discount.

  • Price: The Monthly+ Pass includes a small premium on top of the gym’s own in-house price when purchased at full RRP. We typically price it against their rolling or 12-month membership rates, but some gyms may have different pricing based on 6 or 12-month contract commitments. The exciting part is that for a slightly higher RRP price, you get access to multiple gyms, not just one, plus the freedom to start or stop anytime. More choice, more flexibility, more value!

Activating the Bupa Discount

  1. Go to the dedicated Bupa landing page (which should have been sent to you by BUPA or is available in your account).

  2. Search for a gym and choose the Monthly+ pass.

  3. Enter payment details (the checkout system requires an active card check).

  4. Set up a Hussle account and fill in all the necessary details. If you have an account, simply log in and head straight to checkout.

  5. Complete the purchase. An 8-digit code will be issued, which you will need to show when you visit the gyms.

  6. You’ll receive an order confirmation email at the address you used to set up your Hussle account. The email will provide further details, including the renewal date, renewal amount, customer service email address, and more.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Who can activate the offer: The promotional discount is only available to individual Bupa insured members.

  • Proof of eligibility: Bring photographic ID and proof of your Bupa healthcare scheme or insurance policy when visiting the gym. Some venues may request this to verify your eligibility.

Troubleshooting discount issues

  • Please do not try to apply any other offers, as doing so will invalidate your Bupa offer and may affect your renewal price. If you notice any issues with your offer, please try reapplying the discount through the same Bupa landing page or contact our support team at [email protected].

  • We send renewal reminders 14 days before your next payment is taken, so please check that email if you would like to see the renewal price.

  • We will attempt to collect payment twice and will follow up by email after each attempt. If we are unable to collect payment after two attempts, your pass will be suspended. This means you will need to purchase a new pass and may need to reapply the Bupa offer.

  • The Bupa discount cannot be applied to direct gym memberships, such as those purchased directly from the gym. It is valid only for Hussle's Monthly+ Pass as.

Once you've purchased a Monthly+ Pass, you can see which gyms you have access to by going to the “My Passes” section in your account. This view updates automatically based on pricing. Since gym prices can change throughout the year, we recommend checking this section from time to time to see the most up-to-date list.

Can I cancel the Monthly+ Pass?

You can cancel your Monthly+ Pass within 14 days of purchase if you choose to do so. To cancel, log in to your Hussle account and go to Menu > Settings > Manage My Pass > Cancel.

  • We will refund the cost of your Monthly+ Pass, minus the value of any visits you made before cancelling. This is calculated by multiplying the partner venue’s Day Pass price by the number of visits used before cancellation. For example, if you visited once and the Day Pass price is £10, we will deduct £10 from your refund.

  • You can also cancel your Monthly+ Pass at the end of the billing cycle (or at the end of the commitment period if applicable) to avoid paying your next monthly renewal payment.
