Refunds are reviewed case by case, depending on the type of pass, when it was purchased, and whether it has been used.
Good to know:
Monthly+ Pass cancellations within 14 days will be covered by statutory cancellation rights.
If a Monthly+ Pass has already been used, any refund may be adjusted based on usage. This is calculated by multiplying the partner venue’s Day Pass price by the number of visits made before cancellation. For example, if you visited a partner venue once before cancelling your Monthly+ Pass and the venue’s Day Pass price is £10, then £10 will be deducted from your refund.
Day Pass cancellations will be returned as bonus credit when cancelled during the validity period
Once a refund has been processed in our system, it may take between 5 and 14 business days for the funds to reach your bank account, depending on your bank.
Facilities vary by venue, so the best place to check is the venue profile on Hussle. Venues are responsible for keeping their profiles up to date and for highlighting any ongoing situations, such as refurbishments, repairs, or facilities that are temporarily unavailable. Depending on the circumstances and the information available on the venue profile, you may not be eligible for a refund if your Hussle pass has already been used at the venue. On the venue page, look for:
the icons that show what is included, such as gym access, pool access, health facilities access or classes
the "Gym Details" section for more information about the venue
the "Facilities" and "Amenities" sections for extras such as showers, parking, or towels
the "Please Note" section for any booking instructions, special rules, facilities that are temporarily unavailable, etc.
