You can check in by showing your Hussle passcode when you arrive. Before you visit:
open the "My Passes" section in your Hussle account or app
check that the venue is included in your pass
review the venue profile for any special instructions
take ID with you, as the venue may ask to see it
At the venue:
Go to reception
Tell the team you have a Hussle pass
Show your passcode so they can redeem your visit
Show ID if asked
If something goes wrong:
if staff cannot redeem your passcode, or the venue does not recognise Hussle, email [email protected]
include your passcode, the venue name, and the date and time of your visit
Good to know:
For Monthly+ passes, venue access is based on the price of your pass. For example, if you purchase a pass with a main venue priced at £50, you will have access to other venues priced at £50 or less. Venue prices can change throughout the year, which means customers may gain access to new venues or lose access to existing ones as a result of those price changes.
The Hussle pass does not make you a direct member of the gym.
