How to find the venue profile
Through your online account
Log in to your account.
Go to "Gyms" section
Search for the venue you’re interested in.
Open its page to view all available details.
Through the app
Open the app and go to "My Passes" section.
Tap "Access to Gyms"
Search for the gym you want to visit.
Open its profile to review the information.
