Customers should submit a deletion request via the app, logged into their Hussle account using the email address associated with that account. Once submitted, the request is sent to the Support team for review. Alternatively, customers can email [email protected] to request the deletion of their account or personal data.
The Support team will normally review the request within one working day.
When we erase your data, we will delete your name, email address, phone number, date of birth and your payment details. We will do this within 30 days of receipt of your request.
