If venue staff are unsure how Hussle works, or cannot redeem your passcode, please contact our Customer Service team so we can help. Before you contact us, please try the following:
check that your pass is active in the "My Passes" section (online or on the app).
check that the venue is included in your pass.
show the venue your passcode clearly.
be ready to show ID if asked.
check the venue profile for any special instructions or requirements.
If the issue is not resolved, email [email protected] with:
your passcode
the venue name
the date and time of your visit
a short description of what happened
This helps us review the issue with the venue and support you more quickly.

Occasionally, new or temporary front-of-house staff may not be familiar with the redemption process. If this happens, our team can follow up with the venue.
Certain venues are only available to corporate customers.
For Monthly+ passes, venue access is based on the price of your pass. For example, if you purchase a pass with a main venue priced at £50, you will have access to other venues priced at £50 or less. Venues can change prices throughout the year, which means customers may gain access to new venues or lose access to existing ones as a result of those price changes.
