How to activate the AXA offer
Open the dedicated AXA and Hussle activation page from your AXA benefit communications. You can also check:
Select Apply my discount.
Search for the venue you expect to use most often.
Review the venue profile carefully, including the facilities and activities available through Hussle, as these vary by venue.
Add the eligible Monthly+ Pass to your basket.
Create a Hussle account, or log in to your existing account.
Add your payment details.
Complete the health declaration.
Complete checkout.
Before purchasing, make sure your Hussle account includes the required details, such as your mobile number, date of birth and emergency contact information.
Existing Hussle customers should log in using the email address linked to their account before purchasing.
What the offer includes
Eligible AXA members receive 40% off the price of a Hussle Monthly+ Pass.
For example, a Monthly+ Pass priced at £72 would cost £43.20 after the discount.
The Monthly+ Pass gives you access to:
your selected venue, and
other included Hussle venues offering a Monthly+ Pass at the same monthly price or lower.
For example, if your selected venue costs £50 per month, your pass may also include other eligible venues priced at £50 per month or less.
The facilities and activities included can vary between venues. Check the relevant venue profile before purchasing or visiting.
Minimum commitment
Monthly+ Passes purchased through the AXA offer have a three-month minimum commitment period.
After the minimum period, you can cancel or pause the pass in line with the applicable offer terms.
The Monthly+ Pass is a Hussle pass and is not the same as a direct membership with the gym.
Who is eligible?
The AXA offer is available to insured AXA members.
The following people may also be eligible for their own 40% discount, provided they are included in the AXA healthcare scheme:
a partner,
a spouse,
or a direct dependant aged 16 or over.
Each eligible person must:
create their own Hussle account,
activate the offer through the AXA landing page,
and purchase their own Monthly+ Pass.
Do not add a second Monthly+ Pass to the same Hussle account, as this may cause errors or incorrect charges.
Proof of eligibility
Customers should bring:
photographic ID, and
proof of their AXA healthcare scheme or insurance policy.
Some venues may ask to see this information to confirm eligibility.
Which venues are included?
After purchasing the Monthly+ Pass, you can check your included venues by going to My Passes in your Hussle account.
The included venue list updates automatically based on venue pricing. As prices can change, check My Passes before visiting a venue.
A venue appearing on Hussle does not automatically mean it is included in every AXA Monthly+ Pass. The included venues depend on the price of the pass purchased.
Check-in
When visiting a venue:
Open your active pass in your Hussle account or app.
Show your passcode at reception.
The venue team will redeem the passcode to record your visit.
Show photographic ID or proof of AXA eligibility if requested.
There are no joining fees when purchasing the pass through Hussle.
