Cancelling within 14 days of purchase date & refund calculation
You can cancel your Monthly+ Pass within 14 days of purchase if you choose to do so. To cancel:
Log in to your Hussle account and go to Menu > Settings > Manage My Pass > Cancel, or
Contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] and include your passcode in the email
If the pass has been used during this initial 14-day period, we will refund the cost of the Monthly+ Pass minus an administration fee. This fee is calculated by multiplying the partner venue’s Day Pass price by the number of visits made before cancellation. For example, if you visited a partner venue once before cancelling your Monthly+ Pass and the venue’s Day Pass price is £10, an administration fee of £10 will be deducted from your refund.
Cancelling After 14 Days from the Purchase Date
As long as a minimum term does not currently apply to your membership, you can cancel your Monthly+ Pass at the end of the billing cycle. For example, if your monthly renewal payment is due on the 30th of the month, the latest date you can cancel is the 29th. To cancel:

Refunds
If you would like to request a refund and your circumstances are not covered by the terms and conditions, please email [email protected] and include your passcode. We will process any refund you are entitled to as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after confirming the refund amount.
