To cancel, please send an email to info@hussle.com with your passcode and the reason for the cancellation, and one of our Customer Service agents will assist you. Please send the email at least 24 hours before your next renewal date.
If you just need a break from the gym for a while, then pausing your pass will be the best option for you! You are able to manage this from your Hussle account by going to 'Settings' page, "Manage My Pass" section.
If your Monthly+ Pass has a minimum term, you will be able to pause or cancel your pass at the end of your minimum term.
