How can I pause my Monthly+ Pass?
If you know that you won’t be able to use your Monthly+ Pass for a while, pausing is the perfect option for you! You can do this through your Hussle settings page. Passes can be paused for up to 3 months, and the pause period will often begin from the next renewal date if the pass has been used since the last payment. If unused, pauses can start immediately.
If your Monthly+ Pass has a minimum term, you will be able to pause or cancel your pass at the end of your minimum term. During the pause, the minimum term is effectively put on hold and resumes when the pass restarts.
How do I resume my Monthly+ Pass after I’ve paused it?
When you pause your pass, you can select to resume your pass in one or three months time. Your Monthly+ Pass will automatically resume on the date stated in your pause confirmation email.
Payments are suspended during the pause period, and your current price is retained, avoiding the need to cancel and repurchase.
You’ll get an email a few days before your pass is due to be resumed, and if you need to extend it for another month at that point, you can do so via that email.
You can also resume your Monthly+ Pass at any time on your "Settings" page. Billing will restart from the date you resume your pass.
I’ve set my Monthly+ Pass to pause or cancel but I’ve changed my mind, is there anything I can do?
Simply head to your "Settings" page and you’ll be able to resume your Monthly+ Pass there. Your pass will then be set to active, and your next renewal date will be displayed on the page.
My Monthly+ Pass has renewed, and I can’t use it this month, can I get a refund?
We know that sometimes plans can change and even though you have the best intentions of making it to the gym after your renewal, sometimes life just doesn’t work out that way.
If you haven’t used your Monthly+ Pass at all since it renewed, just pause your pass with immediate effect. If you need further assistance please email [email protected].
Pauses can be scheduled to start from the next renewal date, ensuring no payments are taken during the pause period.
