How to use a Hussle Pass at Everyone Active venues
Hussle pass holders can access Everyone Active venues by following a few essential steps. This guide provides a comprehensive overview of the process, including account setup, activity booking, and important limitations.
Step 1: Set up your Everyone Active account
To use your Hussle pass at Everyone Active venues, you must first set up an account in the Everyone Active app:
Download the Everyone Active App, register using the same email address, name, and date of birth provided to Hussle. If you already have an Everyone Active account, you should keep it and set up a Hussle account using the same information.
As part of the registration, if you have not already, you will need to accept Everyone Active terms and conditions and complete the online gym equipment induction by selecting My Profile Area> Online Gym Induction This is a one-time requirement for all Everyone Active centers. Customers will not be able to participate in any activities until this is completed. Activities are subject to availability.
Step 2: On the day of your visit
When you arrive at an Everyone Active venue:
A gym staff member will book the gym or swim activity for that day.
You will then be able to use the Turnstile/Gate Access feature in the Everyone Active App to enter the activity area.
Limitations and Exclusions
Fitness classes: At the moment pre-booked classes are not included in the Hussle pass at Everyone Active. If you wish to attend a class, check the venue’s profile for details on direct bookings. The good news is that our tech team is currently working on a pre booking integration with Everyone Active, which is due to be released soon.
Exclusive Venues: Everyone Active venues are classed as exclusive and are only available to corporate and commercial customers (for example AXA, BUPA, IWG, etc.). This will be indicated by a banner on the venue’s profile.
Additional Information
Hussle customers do not receive automatic membership status in the Everyone Active app. Access is granted per visit after reception books your activity.
Make sure your Everyone Active and Hussle accounts are set up using the same details, such as your name, email address, and phone number.
We cannot transfer memberships. If you already have an Everyone Active membership, we cannot add it to Hussle. You will need to either keep your existing membership active directly with Everyone Active, or cancel it and join through Hussle. If you choose to join through Hussle, you can still use the same Everyone Active account, even if you no longer have an active membership with them directly.
