What is the Hussle Monthly+ Pass?
The Hussle Monthly+ Pass gives you access to your chosen gym, plus other gyms that offer Monthly+ Passes at the same price or lower. If you are eligible through IWG, your pass should show as £0.00 during checkout. The pass renews automatically each month. You can view and manage your pass in the "My Passes" section of your Hussle account.
Before you start
Please make sure:
You have your IWG company account number ready.
Your IWG contract is for six months or longer.
It has been up to 30 days since you signed or renewed your IWG contract, as it can take time for eligibility to register.
You have a valid payment card available. This is needed for an active card check, even if your pass is free.
How to activate the offer and buy a Hussle Monthly+ pass
Go to the dedicated IWG Hussle landing page (https://www.hussle.com/iwg).
Click Validate.
Enter postcode or location.
Browse gyms and select one that interests you. Review the information on the venue’s profile to ensure it is the right fit. This will become your main venue, while still giving you access to other venues across the country within the same price range.
Click on "Purchase now"
Confirm your eligibility by entering your IWG company account number. If you are not on on the eligibility list provided by IWG, the following message will appear: "Unable to verify your discount, please try again. If the issue persists please contact [email protected] with a screenshot of the page and error message."
Once your eligibility is confirmed, you will need to complete checkout by entering your payment card details. Your card will be verified, but you will not be charged. Please ensure the total is “£0.00.”
Set up your Hussle account
To avoid any issues when using your pass, please ensure your Hussle account is fully set up. Log in online at www.hussle.com and check that:
Your personal details are saved.
Your mobile number is added.
Your PAR-Q health questionnaire is completed.
Your payment card details are added and up to date.
You can update these details in the "Settings" section of your account.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the offer:
Your IWG contract must be for six months or longer.
Your eligibility must be confirmed by IWG.
It may take up to 30 days after signing or renewing your IWG contract for your eligibility to appear.
If you are unsure whether you are eligible, please check with your IWG centre first.
Eligibility Issues
If your IWG account number is not accepted at checkout, try the steps below.
First, check that you are using the correct IWG Hussle landing page.
Then, make sure your IWG account number has been entered correctly. Remove any spaces before or after the number.
Check that your IWG contract is for at least six months and you have not renewed or changed offices recently. If you did, please allow up to 30 days for your eligibility to register.
You can also try clearing your browser data, using a different browser, device or switching to another internet connection.
If your number still is not accepted, please contact your IWG centre to confirm eligibility.
Checkout issues not related to eligibility
If checkout does not complete, please check the following:
Make sure your card is valid and your card details are entered correctly.
Complete any 3D Secure checks if your bank asks for them.
Try not to spend more than five minutes on the checkout page, as the session may time out.
Check that your Hussle account is fully set up, including your personal details, PAR-Q, mobile number, and payment information.
Using your pass at the gym
After checkout, you will receive an 8-digit passcode, which will also be included in your order confirmation email. You will need this passcode when you visit the gym. You can find it in your Hussle account under the “My Passes” section. Your pass can be used at your selected gym and at other gyms that offer Monthly+ Passes at the same price or lower. The Monthly+ pass will renew automatically each month.
