Can I earn credit for leaving feedback?
Yes. You will receive a £5 account credit once you have submitted five approved feedback entries.
The credit will be valid for 30 days from the date it is added to your account.
What counts as approved feedback?
To be approved, your feedback must be:
Useful
Original
Clear
Meaningful
Inoffensive
It must also be submitted within 30 days of your visit.
Feedback that does not meet these standards may be rejected and will not count towards your £5 credit. If this happens, we will notify you by email.
Is there a limit to how much feedback I can leave?
Yes. Only one feedback entry per day can count towards your bonus credit.
This means that if you leave feedback for multiple sessions attended on the same day, whether at the same venue or different venues, only one entry will count. Any additional feedback submitted for that day will be rejected.
When will my feedback be reviewed?
Feedback is reviewed in batches, approximately once a week.
Once five feedback entries have been approved, your £5 credit will be added to your account automatically, usually within 72 hours of the final approval.
When can I leave feedback?
Your ability to leave feedback depends on your Pass type.
When feedback is available for a visit, you will be notified in your Hussle account
