When a customer arrives at your club they will provide you with an 8-digit code.
This can be in the form of:
- via the customer's "My Passes" account page
- via our app
The passcode is unique to the customer that presents it to you.
How to redeem Hussle Day Pass/FitFix Passcodes
- When the customer provides you with their code please follow the next steps:
- Go to partners.hussle.com to redeem the passcode.
- Enter their 8 digit code into the box. Click “Submit” and the customer’s name will show up.
- Check the customer’s ID and tick the box if you’re happy it is correct.
- Click “Validate this pass” and allow the customer to enter your club.
