Your club’s feedback performance is also compared against clubs within the local area.
We recommend for clubs to respond to customer feedback as this can increase the traffic and passes purchased.

To change who has access to your details in the Partner Portal simply go to the Admin section and you will find the options to add or remove users.
You will also be able to find the PAR-Qs and emergency contact details in the Admin section. This will allow you to see who visited the venue (takes into consideration redeemed passes). You can filter the information by month and year.
The redemption rate should be above 75%. The number of passes purchased redeemed, and canceled will determine the redemption rate.
