We understand that membership numbers have taken a hit during the pandemic and it hasn't helped with the capacity restrictions that are in place so we have been thinking about how we can better support our partners. One way we think we can do is through our Membership Acquisition Programme (MAP). This is in the pilot stage at the moment but we hope to have finalised for Q2 2021.
- We had launched the first phase of this when gyms reopened in July where at the point of redeeming a code, we will highlight and identify customers that are highly likely to convert to a membership using a sophisticated algorithm. In essence, providing your club leads. This has been well received and operators are getting members from it
- We are now piloting our next phase of this where we will provide you with direct members. We will identify the type of customers using Hussle and once segmented and qualified as a potential direct member (e.g. if they use one venue 2-3 times a week), we will present them with your joining offer. If the customer is keen to join directly, we then pass that customer over to you to add directly to your membership base.
