When we receive confirmation that gyms in a certain area will be closed due to being in a Tier 3 lockdown area, you will receive an email containing further information on your pass.
Your email will give you the option to pause your Monthly+ Pass, until your gym reopens. If you decide to pause your pass, we will send you an email to let you know when your main gym is back open again, and your pass will automatically be resumed. Your renewal date will be extended based on the number of days your pass is paused, within your current billing period.
You do not have to pause your pass - if you would like to keep your pass active so that you can use alternative gyms (if you are currently located in a different area), or your online class access via Fiit (if your Hussle pass includes access), then you can continue to use your pass as normal.
