If you have a Day Pass or FitFix, and your gym was still temporarily closed in September, your pass has automatically been extended to 31/10/2020. If a further extension is required due to the gym not yet being open until after this date, we will arrange this for you.
If you have a Monthly+ Pass, your pass will remain paused until your main gym reopens. If you would like to resume your pass before your main gym reopens to access another gym or online fitness through Fiit (if your Monthly+ Pass includes access to this), you can do this via your account settings page. If you would like to change your main gym to a different one which is open, you can do this also via your account settings page.
