Cancelling within 14 days of purchase date
You can cancel your Monthly Pass within 14 days of purchase if you choose to do so. Here are a few options for you to consider:
- Log into your Hussle account and navigate to Menu > Settings > Manage My Pass > Cancel
- Contact our Customer Service team at info@hussle.com (include your passcode)
- Return the Model Cancellation Form.
Cancelling your Monthly Pass will cancel any additional benefits you may have associated with this Pass.
We will refund you for the cost of the Monthly Pass subject to an administration fee if the Pass has been used within this initial 14 day period. This fee will be calculated by multiplying the price of a Day Pass for the Partner Venue by the number of visits made to the Partner Venue prior to cancellation. For instance, if you attended a Partner Venue once before cancelling your Monthly Pass and the Partner Venue’s Day Pass is £10, an administration fee of £10 will be taken from your refund.
Cancelling after 14 days of purchase date
So long as a minimum period does not currently apply to your membership, you can cancel your Monthly Pass from the end of the billing cycle and avoid paying your next Monthly Renewal Payment at any time until the day before your Monthly Renewal Payment is due. So, if your Monthly Renewal Payment is due on the 30th of the month, the last day you may cancel it is the 28th. Here are a few options for you to consider:

- Return the Model Cancellation Form.

If you are trying to obtain a refund and your circumstances are not covered by the terms and conditions, please email us at info@hussle.com. If you are contacting us via email please provide your passcode. We will make any refunds you may be entitled to as soon as possible and in any event no later than 14 days after we confirmed the refund value.
