Cancelling within 14 days of purchase date
Once you’ve purchased a Monthly+ Pass, you have 14 days to decide whether it’s the right pass for you. If you decide it’s not quite what you’re looking for within your first 14 days, then you can either:
- Cancel effective immediately and receive a refund for the pass minus the value of any visits you have made, or
- Cancel at the end of your billing cycle and have access to gyms until then.
You will only have the option to cancel effective immediately and receive a refund if you are within 14 days of your initial purchase (this does not apply to renewals). To cancel here are a few options for you to consider:
- Log into your Hussle account and navigate to Menu > Settings > Manage My Pass > Cancel
- Contact our Customer Service team at info@hussle.com (include your passcode)
- Return the Model Cancellation Form
Cancelling after 14 days of purchase date
You can cancel your pass from the end of your billing cycle, so you will be able to continue to use the gym's facilities until your pass end date. To cancel here are a few options for you to consider:
- Log into your Hussle account and navigate to Menu > Settings > Manage My Pass > Cancel
- Contact our Customer Service team at info@hussle.com (include your passcode)
- Return the Model Cancellation Form
