If you need to cancel a Day Pass during its validity period, your Hussle account will be refunded with bonus credit equivalent to the cost of the pass. You can do this yourself through the My Passes section of your account, and your credit will be valid for 30 days to purchase a new pass.
FitFix bundles can be cancelled for a full refund if they’re unused within 14 days of purchase. If anything is preventing you from using your FitFix fully, get in touch with our customer support team.
